We help identify and manage supply chain risks, provide logistics guidance, and support RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, and contract finalization. Additionally, we assist in cost control integration, manage procurement plans and shipping registers, and help define key project site roles to ensure smooth execution.
EPCM Project Management

Our EPCM Project Management service oversees the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning to final handover—ensuring seamless coordination of contracts, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication. We develop execution plans, lead bidding and procurement, manage resources, and prepare teams for construction. During execution, we ensure safety and quality compliance, control costs, handle contract changes, and provide transparent progress reporting to all stakeholders.
Technical Supports

Our Technical Support service provides expert input to client supply chain activities, ensuring technical and contractual compliance of EPC and contractor proposals. We manage technical evaluations, risk mitigation, documentation protocols, and due diligence processes with contractors, consultants, and lenders. Additionally, we assist in preparing spare parts specifications and maintaining a robust technical risk register to support smooth project execution and timely technical handover.
Detail Technology Study

We provide expert support in identifying suitable PV and BESS technologies and equipment aligned with project requirements and site conditions. Our team evaluates vendors and long-lead items based on technical specs, market availability, and logistical impact on project milestones. We also assist in vendor engagement for detailed design input and ensure procurement strategies support timely project delivery.
Detail Resource Assessment

We conduct detailed solar resource assessments by collecting and analyzing available data, including previous on-site measurements. Our service includes building accurate climate profiles using monthly to sub-hourly data, and applying MCP analysis where applicable for precise energy modeling.
Design Optimisation and Energy Yield Assessment

We use advanced tools like PVsyst and PVCase to evaluate layout options, string configurations, panel orientation, and shading to select the most optimized PV system design. Based on the final design and climate data, we perform a financial-grade energy yield assessment to support investment decisions.
Cost Estimation

We support clients in developing Class 2 or Class 3 cost estimates by validating key equipment inputs from their procurement teams. Additionally, we review and recommend technical and commercial data to enhance the accuracy of the Financial Model.
Risk Assessment

We support our client to develop Risk Register: identify project risks, propose mitigation and evaluate residual risks. E&S risk assessment is not included.
Project Schedule Development

We assist clients in developing a Level 3 project schedule by defining major work packages, milestones, and estimating phase durations to establish a clear critical path. This includes cross-checking with permitting and grid connection milestones to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
